The Royal Cleaning team is proud to announce the addition of a brand new certification to its professional background: the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) certification. This certification, recognized internationally in the field of air duct cleaning, is a guarantee of quality.

NADCA

The National Air Duct Cleaners Association was formed in 1989 and is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to promote the removal of source of complications in HVAC systems and to establish quality standards for companies providing services in inspection, maintenance and restoration of air ducts. The association offers training and support to its members to ensure that the services offered by them are always at the cutting edge of technology and knowledge of the community.

Getting certified

Obtaining their certification for a company goes through several criteria:

  • have at least one certified air duct cleaning specialist (ASCS)
  • hold liability insurance
  • perform the cleaning according to NADCA standards and commit to respect the code of ethics of NADCA

To obtain ASCS professional certification, the cleaning specialist must play a key role in the business. Not only does he carry the code of ethics proposed by NADCA, but he must also ensure that all projects that affect the company are made according to NADCA standards..

The specialist in inspection, maintenance and restoration must prove his knowledge in the context of an examination. The exam covers a large number of topics:

  • indoor air quality
  • security
  • mechanical
  • field experience

The exam also tests the specialist's ability to apply all of his or her knowledge in the context of a practical intervention.

For our clients

By choosing Royal Cleaning, you make sure you are in good hands for the inspection, air duct cleaning and maintenance. Whether for residential or commercial, we have the knowledge, the expertise and now the certification that guarantee you quality professional services.

In addition to the service quality standards, NADCA also makes recommendations on the rates applied to the services offered by its members to guarantee customers a good quality / price ratio. The association also warns customers against companies offering low-priced services. Most of the time, they offer a service with gaps and then inflate the bill with additions. Additions that normally should be included in a full service and quality.

This double certification promises an exceptional quality / price ratio and services executed professionally and according to a strict code of ethics.
