- Free antibacterial disinfection (a $99 value) is offered exclusively with a complete residential air duct cleaning.
- This offer cannot be applied to any other service.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer — including multi-service discounts.
- Example: If a customer books a duct cleaning and a carpet cleaning:
- Option 1: The customer takes the free disinfection → The ducts are at the regular rate (no discount), the carpets receive the 15% discount.
- Option 2: The customer forgoes the disinfection → Both services receive the 15% discount.
- Example: If a customer books a duct cleaning and a carpet cleaning:
- Commercial, industrial, or multi-unit residential services: promotion not applicable. Prices are by quote only.
- All prices are subject to:
- applicable taxes,
- additional fees for special conditions (post-disaster, extreme cases, infestations, difficult access, emergency cleaning, etc.).
