The Royal Nettoyage team is proud to announce the addition of a brand new certification to its professional background: NADCA certification (National Air Duct Cleaners Association or The HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association). This internationally recognized certification in the air duct cleaning industry is a guarantee of quality.
The NADCA
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association was formed in 1989 and is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to promote the removal of the source of complications in HVAC systems and to establish quality standards for companies offering inspection, maintenance, and restoration services for ventilation ducts. The association offers training and support to its members to ensure that the services offered by them are always at the forefront of technology and industry knowledge.
Certifications offered
Obtaining their company certification involves several criteria: having at least one certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS), holding liability insurance, performing cleaning according to NADCA standards, and committing to respecting the NADCA code of ethics. To obtain ASCS professional certification, the cleaning specialist must play a key role in the company. Not only is he or she a bearer of the code of ethics proposed by NADCA, but he or she must also ensure that all projects the company undertakes are carried out according to NADCA standards. The inspection, maintenance, and restoration specialist must prove their knowledge through an examination. The examination covers a wide range of subjects: indoor air quality, mechanical safety, field experience. The examination also tests the specialist's ability to apply all their knowledge in the context of a practical intervention.
For our clients
By choosing Royal Nettoyage, you ensure that you are in good hands for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration of your air ducts. Whether for residential or commercial environments, we have the knowledge, expertise, and now the certification that guarantees you professional quality services. In addition to service quality standards, NADCA also issues recommendations on the rates applied to services offered by its members to guarantee clients good value for money. The association also warns clients against companies offering services at ridiculously low prices. Most of the time, these companies offer a service with shortcomings and then inflate the bill with additions. Additions that, normally, should be included in a complete and quality service. This dual certification promises exceptional value for money and services performed professionally and according to a strict code of ethics.
