How do you clean carpets and rugs?
- Carpet inspection (our technicians will pay particular attention to the fibers, stains and any damage, to apply the appropriate product to your carpets)
- Testing (our technicians will take care to do a color test to make sure the colors of your carpets do not bleed)
- Beating (this is the most important step in cleaning, it removes over 80% of the dust embedded in the carpet)
- Vacuuming (this step removes any dust remaining after the carpets have been beaten)
- Stain removal (after analysis, our technicians will use the product specific to the stain)
- Carpet cleaning (in 3 steps)
- Injection of a cleaning solution
- Brushing the carpet
- Extraction
- Cleaning and bleaching of fringes
- Brushing the carpet (this step helps to replace the fiber, restoring your carpets to their original appearance)
- Drying (all carpets are dried using overhead fans)
- Final inspection (once the carpet is dry, our technicians will make sure the job is done right)

Just had air duct, dryer duct, air exchange duct clean yesterday, this hasn't been done for almost 5 years, the duct must be full of dirt and lint, so it took longer time. The 2 technicians are very patient, very professional. They even took off their shoes to avoid dirty my floor - very impressive.
